As part of the Anti-Corruption Management Policy we have adopted, we declare:
- provision of services which meet the needs and expectations of our clients while ensuring appropriate business ethics, particularly with regard to abuse and corrupt behaviour prohibited in our Company,
- compliance with the obligations arising from the requirements of the applicable legislation and other requirements that we are obliged to meet,
- compliance with all regulations of the Anti-Corruption Management to ensure its adequate effectiveness,
- continuous improvement of the effective Anti-Corruption Management to ensure its ongoing relevance and adequacy,
- implementation and maintenance of procedural measures ensuring an adequate response in the event of adverse events,
- ensuring conditions enabling the reporting of non-compliance and concerns about the effectiveness of the anti-corruption policy without fear of repercussions for providing such information, staff skill improvement, taking account of their role, and involving the staff in efforts intended to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption security
