on 12 February 2026 through a share deal with the Tri Star Group.

We are a family company with almost a century of history, involved in the bicycle industry from the beginning. Our business includes the production of bicycles under our own brands and the fulfilment of orders under the customer’s brand.
In 1993, we opened a production site in Świebodzin, where we focus mainly on bicycle assembly. The procurement department, logistics and management are located in Gütersloh, Germany.
Thanks to our experience and technological capabilities, we produce safe, high-quality bicycles compliant with EU standards (EN ISO 4210 and EN 15194). Out of concern for the environment and the health of our employees, we have set up our own state-of-the-art paint shop, where we use water-borne paints.
